Desk Buddies Co. Shipping Policy

Thank you for bringing some extra cuteness to your workspace! Because our products are custom made-to-order, every package goes through two distinct phases before reaching your doorstep:

1. Production & Fulfillment Time (Printing)

Every single desk mat, acrylic statue, and coffee mug is custom-printed just for you.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be created, quality-checked, and packaged.

  • Most orders are printed and out the door within 3 business days, but during high-volume seasonal launches, it may take a little longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times (Transit)

Once your order has been printed and carefully packaged, it is handed off to our shipping carriers (like USPS or DHL).

  • U.S. Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 2 to 5 business days for transit.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most domestic customers receive their order within 5 to 10 business days from the date the order was placed.

Note: If you order multiple different types of items (for example, a desk mat AND a coffee mug), they may be printed by different specialist facilities and arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Don't worry if one package arrives before the other!

Order Tracking

The moment your order leaves the printing facility, an automated email will be sent to you containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier network to update the tracking information status.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because our production pipeline is automated, we cannot change or update a shipping address once the order has entered production. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
