Thank you for shopping with Desk Buddies Co.! We take pride in creating adorable, high-quality products to brighten up your workspace.

Because our custom desk mats, acrylic statues, and coffee mugs are made-to-order and printed uniquely for you the moment you place your order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or accidental incorrect selections.

We kindly ask that you double-check your design selections and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is completely different from what you ordered, we want to make it right immediately! You do not need to worry about mailing the damaged item back to us.

Please contact us via our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your order number.

  2. The email address used to place the order.

  3. A clear, well-lit photograph showing the damage or printing error.

Once we verify the production defect, we will immediately process a brand-new replacement to be shipped out to you at absolutely no extra cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Desk Buddies Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been successfully marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.
