How long will it take to get my order?
We know you are excited to get your new desk buddy! Custom made to order! Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days (includes production and transit time). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because our custom items enter production quickly, cancellations or order changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
If you need to cancel or change something, please reach out to us right away via our store chat or Contact Us Page with your Order Number and requested change.
Please note: Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are so sorry if your item didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please reach out to us right away through our Contact Us Page with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll reply directly to your email so you can send us a couple of quick photos of the damage, and we'll get a replacement or refund sorted out for you!
